Sustainability at ISICP 2025
At ISICP 2025, sustainability is a core value that guides every aspect of the conference. We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact while creating an inclusive and accessible event experience for all participants.

The conference will take place at Enterprise Hotel Milano, a venue that is deeply committed to sustainability.
The hotel applies energy-saving measures, uses eco-friendly technologies, and promotes responsible practices to ensure a lower environmental footprint.

Communication Materials
We aim to make ISICP 2025 as paperless as possible. Conference communication will be primarily digital, minimizing the use of printed materials.
When signage and branding are required, we will optimize their production and reuse, ensuring they are sustainable and resource-efficient.
Sustainable and Accessible Setups
Event setups and installations will prioritize eco-friendly materials and modular solutions that can be reused or recycled.
Accessibility is equally important: spaces will be designed to welcome all participants, ensuring an inclusive experience.
Waste Management
We will implement a responsible waste management plan, including separate waste collection and sustainable disposal practices.
Our goal is to reduce waste at the source and encourage recycling wherever possible.
Catering and Social Responsibility
As part of our sustainability commitment, the Welcome Reception on November 4, 2025 at the Politecnico di Milano will be catered by Tiki Catering.
Tiki Catering is a social and sustainable catering initiative that combines high-quality cuisine with a mission of social inclusion and community empowerment. By partnering with them, ISICP 2025 supports a project that values people, environment, and ethical practices—offering participants not only an excellent culinary experience but also the opportunity to contribute to a positive social impact.
Moving Around Milan Sustainably
We encourage participants to explore Milan in an environmentally friendly way. The city offers a wide range of sustainable mobility options, including efficient public transport (metro, buses, trams), a dense network of bike-sharing and e-scooter services, as well as extensive pedestrian areas.
Whenever possible, we invite you to choose walking, cycling, or shared mobility to reduce your environmental impact during your stay.
