Poster Presentation Guidelines

Poster should be printed by the participants.

Poster presenters can arrange the poster in portrait format as preferred, respecting the A1 size (594 × 841 mm).

Poster presenters will have the chance to present the research during two dedicated sessions. A pitch presentation of max 4 slides (5 mins talk) will be organized during sessions. Check the program for further information.

Please prepare your paper according to the formatting rules provided.
All papers must be submitted by October 15, 2025. Should you need a deadline extension please contact the local organizing committee at isicp2025@polimi.it
Only submissions through the official Begell House platform will be considered.
